• Keep you apprised of the buyer's loan approval.
• Review the sales price with a professional appraiser.
• Meet deadlines to eliminate any contingencies.
• Keep you informed of all inspection reports.
• Manage any home corrections and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Personally review all closing documents and make sure both parties have copies.
• Coordinate the closing dates with all parties.
• Deliver keys to the new owner.
• Make certain the seller's proceeds are delivered in a timely manner.
